NOTE: The Women's Premier Reserves grade was made up of the 2nd XIs of clubs fielding teams in Women's Premier 1st XI in the seasons listed. A review of Women's Cricket in 2018 saw the Reserves become the 2nd XI, with a 3rd XI grade included from season 2020/21.
